We all think we know the actresses we adore and like, but how many things do we actually know about them?

Here we are about to dive into the lives of some of the most famous and successful actresses of all the times.

1. Cox was born and raised in Mountain Brook, Alabama, a suburb of Birmingham.

2. She is best identified for her roles as Monica Geller on the NBC sitcom Friends, Gale Weathers in the horror series Scream, and as Jules Cobb in the ABC/TBS sitcom Cougar Town, for which she earned her first Golden Globe nomination.
