There are fake bus stops for Alzheimer’s patients in Germany

Alzheimer’s patients use to recall the past quite often, which is dangerous in case they decide to leave the nursing house they’ re hosted in and go away without warning.

For this reason, nursing houses in Germany have come up with a smart idea that prevent Alzheimer’s  patients from wandering around. They have put fake bus stations outside the nursing houses!

Once the urge passes, and the patient can’t recall why they’re waiting, caregivers can redirect the patient to another activity.
