Ever heard about the King of Vatican?

The Vatican, although the world’s smallest country, has a government as it should. As a matter of fact it is the world’s only absolute not-hereditary monarchy. You may never have heard of the king of Vatican because he is going by a different name.

The king of Vatican is in fact the Pope. Since the Pope is elected the position is non-hereditary and as a king he has some governing to do.
The Vatican has its own police, traffic wardens, postal service, courts, utilities etc. Since, however Vatican is a kingdom, with no democracy, it cannot enter the European Union where only democracies can join!
