- Around half of tiger cubs don’t live beyond two years of age.
- Tiger cubs leave their mother when they are around 2 years of age.
- Sadly, there are more tigers that are held into the zoos rather than the ones that live in the wild.
- Tigers sometimes grow up with lions.
- Together they create hybrids because they reproduce together.
- The hybrids are named tigons or ligers.
- Tigers can jump up to 5 meters in length!
