  12. In one of the preparations for Pratt’s role, Jack Carr (the author of the original story) gifted Chris Pratt the novel “Once An Eagle” by Anton Myrer, which is a large historical fiction piece carrying the themes of World War 1 to Vietnam, while also expressing a case study in leadership.

  18. During the opening credits, the image behind the credit for Constance Wu is of the legend of Saint Hubert, the patron saint of hunters in Catholicism. According to the legend, Hubert avoided attending church on Good Friday and instead went hunting. While pursuing a large stag, the animal turned its head to look at Hubert and was revealed to have a crucifix rising from between its antlers. A voice told Hubert that unless he abandoned his hunt and instead turned to God, he would burn in hell. Hubert then changed his ways and sought a holy life.
  19. One episode it is stated at Messines General Plumer had a number of mines with 600 lbs of explosives, way off 19 mines and approximately 1,000,000 lbs of explosives in 5 miles of tunnels. It was the largest man made explosion at up to that time in history .

  26. The final raid for S1E8 is a bit different when compared to the novel. In fact, Lorraine Hartley wasn’t the only target left on Jame’s list at that point. So within the finale of the book, James snuck into a hideout where he was confronted with Lorraine Hartley, Steve Horn, and Ben Edwards who held Katie hostage with an explosive device wrapped around her neck.
  27. James manages to shoot and kill Steve Horn first, then Lorraine Hartley and Ben before he could activate the explosive device. He then proceeds to rescue Katie, and douses the room with gasoline before burning the last people on his list.
  28. The series was the number one show on Amazon Prime’s “Top 10” list within two weeks of its premiere.
  29. The Terminal List came in at No. 3 on the Nielsen chart with 1.1 billion minutes viewed across eight episodes.
  30. Author Jack Carr responded to the negative critical responses, saying “The 95 percent viewer rating, audience rating, makes it all worth it. We didn’t make it for the critics.”
