3. Oona Chaplin was born in Madrid to Anglo-American actress Geraldine Chaplin and Chilean cinematographer Patricio Castilla.

4. She was named after her maternal grandmother, Oona O’Neill Chaplin.

5. She spent her childhood mostly in Spain, Great Britain, Switzerland, and Cuba, but also travelled often because of her mother’s film career.

6. She started dancing ballet, salsa and flamenco at an early age.
