Nicholas Hoult (born 7 December 1989) is an English actor. Let’s see some interesting facts about him!
1.Nicholas Hoult was born in Wokingham, Berkshire, the third of four children of Glenis, a piano teacher, and Roger Hoult, a pilot for British Airways.
2. His career started at the age of three when a director spotted him! Nicholas was watching his brother in a play when the director noticed Nicholas’ ability to concentrate.
3. Nicholas had a breakout role in the 2002 film About a Boy with Hugh Grant!
4.On The Graham Norton Show, Hoult revealed that his middle name is Caradoc (pronounced /ka.rɑː’dɔk/), which in Welsh means “The Beloved One”.
5. His great-aunt was a famous British actress. Dame Anna Neagle, Nicholas’ great-aunt, was one of the most popular stage and film actresses of the 1930s!
6. Nicholas Hoult attended Ranelagh School.
7. He practiced ballet along with his sisters and was involved in productions of Swan Lake and The Nutcracker with the national ballet, but claims he was never any good at it.
8. While at Farnborough Sixth Form, he gained a lead role as Tony Stonem in the first two series of E4 teen drama Skins.

21. Nicholas was hit by a bus during filming of a TV stunt. The stunt called for Nicholas to be tied to a chair and suspended 20ft off the ground when he was struck by the double decker which was supposed to stop inches from him. He escaped with a bruised head.
22. Was originally supposed to star as Young Herman in El cerco (2005) but after production delays Thomas Brodie-Sangster was cast instead.
23. Admitted on Top Gear (2002) that while wearing his full costume as Beast from X-Men, he ran onto a golf course, gave the golfers advice on their swing, and then simply ran away again, with no explanation.
24. His height is 1.89m!
25. Although About A Boy marked his first leading role in a feature film, he has worked since the age of eight in film, television and theatre.
