Until his death in 1955 Paul Kern, a Hungarian soldier, was unable to sleep, as he has been shot in the frontal lobe during the WWI.
He was lucky to have survived the bullet, but unlucky to have lost hie sleep. Kern lived for 40 years after this injury.
