Miles Teller is an American actor.

1. Miles Alexander Teller was born February 20, 1987 in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
2. His parents are Merry and Mike.
3. He has two older sisters, Erin and Dana.
4. His paternal grandfather was of Russian Jewish descent, and his ancestry also includes English and Irish.[7][8] The family moved to Citrus County, Florida, when Teller was 12.
5. He also lived in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
6. At Lecanto High School, he played the alto saxophone in a rock band, was a drummer for a church-youth group band, and was president of the drama club.
7. He can also play piano and guitar and was on the baseball team, hoping to turn professional.

9. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where he studied method acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.

35. In December 2016, Teller and Sperry were involved in a car accident. After being cut off by an Uber driver, Teller’s car rolled onto its side. Neither Teller nor Sperry had injuries, however, a passenger in the Uber car was taken to the hospital.
