Have you ever thought that people in modern societies spend more hours working rather than sleeping, although sleeping is vital for our good health?
In which profession do people sleep the most and in which the less?
According to a UK Sleep Council survey, lawyers sleep for 7,8 hours in average and architects sleep for 7,5 hours.
Social workers sleep for 6,9 hours, teachers for 6, politicians for 5,2 and hospital doctors for 4,5 hours, which is the least.
